How to Change a Phone Crimp End

Step 1:  First we have to cut the wire. 

Step 2:  Cut the four colored wires to a uniform 3/4 inch length.

Step 3:  Place the wires cable ends into the connector.

Step 4:  Crimp the head onto the cable.
