Laser Printer vs Inkjet Printer

Laser Printer
Inkjet Printer
Uses laser technology to transfer image onto the drum as it picks up the toner powder which fuses by heat to form a permanent image. Ink from the cartridge is heated at the nozzle and is sprayed onto the paper to form an image.
Fast printing speed (page by page) e.g monochrome 24ppm (mono), 12ppm/15ppm (color). Slow printing speed (line by line).
More reliable technology, generally the laser print head has a longer life span. Print head may dry up and clog if not used frequently.
More quality of printing. Less quality compare to laser printer.
It is good for both photos and text. It is good for photos, bad for text.
